Below are our enrollment applications. The most current tuition schedule is printed on the application. Tuition payments can be made monthly, quarterly or in advance. Payments are made July to March for the academic school year.
These forms can be printed and mailed to our attention. Your application will not be considered “active” without having toured the school and submitted the $50 application fee. Our Admissions Director will contact you upon receipt of your application.
• Infant Todder and Children’s House Application for Enrollment
• Elementary Application for Enrollment
• Elementary Transcript Release Form – must accompany Elementary application. This form must be signed by the parents and then submitted by the parents to the child’s former school.
• Elementary Recommendation Form – must accompany Elementary application. This form must be given by the parents to a non-relative who can share information about the student.
