Contact us today to learn more about becoming a part of the CMEC family. Tours are available in person or virtually. 

Applications are accepted year-round for all programs. We currently have waiting pools in several programs and encourage applications year-round to ensure the earliest possible enrollment date for your child.

If openings are not immediately available, you will be placed in a waiting pool once you complete an application. The waiting pools vary for each program during the academic year.

Summer programs are available to families enrolled in the current or upcoming school years including alumni.

Schedule a Tour

Once your inquiry has been processed, you will be contacted to set up a tour if we have openings.

Submit Application

Once you have toured, your next step will be to complete the full application with required documents if applicable. Please note there is an application fee of $100 per child.

Submitting the enrollment application and fee activates your status in our waiting pool and is the first step in moving forward when an opening becomes available.

Schedule an Observation

Applicants to our Children’s House and Elementary programs are required to schedule an observation with a classroom teacher. These are done on-site and we are happy to work with the comfort level of the child. This is dependent on teacher availability.

Submit Supplemental Application Materials (Elementary Only)

Elementary Applicants will be asked to submit: 

  • School Records/Transcripts. Please submit our form to your school.
  • Two teacher recommendations (form will be sent via email).  Teacher recommendations provide the Admissions team with contextual information beyond a transcript.
  • If applicable, any IEP or 504 plans should also be submitted at this stage.
Schedule a Shadow Day (Elementary Only)

Elementary applicants will schedule a day to visit the school for a full day so the teaching teams can observe the student and work with them on their academics.

Enrollment Decision

Once a decision is made with the school administration and teachers, you will receive an email regarding your child’s enrollment decision.

Submit Enrollment Contract

To complete the enrollment process, you will receive an email with instructions to access the enrollment contract. Along with the enrollment contract, please also submit:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500.
  • A family information form
  • Birth certificate
  • Completed enrollment packet

Enrollment is not considered final until the contract is submitted, the deposit is paid, and all enrollment paperwork is submitted.
