Columbus Montessori Education Center celebrates and honors each person as a unique individual. We strive to build an inclusive and welcoming community that is intentionally diverse. Our approach to education and community-building is rooted in equity, humanity, cultural responsiveness, and a passion to unleash the full potential of each student. 
Bias and discrimination exist everywhere. Each member of our community experiences bias, discrimination, oppression, and privilege differently. We embed our anti-bias and anti-discrimination work into all aspects of our curriculum and community activities. As lifelong learners, we know this work is never finished. Our ongoing efforts seek to identify, understand, address, and resist bias and discrimination.
