Montessori Middle School English Teacher (full-time, in-person)Columbus Montessori is growing, and we are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity as we continue to build our Middle School Program! We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Middle School English Teacher to join our dynamic team for the 2025-2026 school year.
Our Middle School Program will provide a unique Montessori experience for adolescents, combining academic rigor with social-emotional development, leadership opportunities, and community-based learning.

- Is passionate about guiding adolescents through their academic and personal growth.
- Has experience teaching English Language Arts at the middle school level.
- Values inquiry-based, hands-on learning experiences.
- Can collaborate with colleagues to create an integrated curriculum.
- Is excited to be part of building a new program from the ground up!
Children's House Lead Guide (full-time, in-person)
*Montessori Credentialed preferred
*$5,000 moving bonus
A Montessori Lead Guide’s role is creating a nurturing and educational environment for students. Implementation of Montessori principles and techniques, facilitates student engagement, and helps maintain the classroom's organization and cleanliness. This position requires a strong commitment to the Montessori philosophy and a genuine passion for working with young children.

After-School Teacher (part-time, in-person)
After-School Teachers work in our daily aftercare program.
- Monday through Friday
- 3:00 - 6:00pm
Office Assistant (full-time, in-person)
Working with the Administration team. Tasks will include, but not limited to:
- Ordering supplies for the school
- Preparing daily snack for classrooms
- Front Desk support
- Carline support
